Reimbursement policy



Our principle is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Different types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, software, video games, cassettes or records that have been opened
* All items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not our fault
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and within a few days your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before the refund is officially booked.
Then contact your bank. A processing time is often required before a refund can be booked.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Articles can only be refunded at regular prices. Unfortunately, the items offered for sale are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. In this case, if you wish to exchange it for the same article, please send an e-mail to contact.tinyparis@gmail.com : 10 RUE RENÉ MAUS, GRENOBLE, 38000, France.

If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. A gift voucher will be sent to you on receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, you will receive a refund and you will know that you have returned it.

The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the user. The shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time to receive the replacement product.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or arrange delivery insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
